The above chart shows the previous 5 years of Capital Outlay funding and a projection of the next 5 if the Half-Penny sunsets. Total Capital Outlay funding in 2008 was $57 million. Without the Half-Penny extension and PECO funding for the Capital Outlay budget will decrease to $22 million.
